We design and facilitate innovative workshops to enhance key skills in teams and leaders through a hands-on, experiential approach.With topics like Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, Self-Awareness, and Creativity, each workshop is tailored to the group’s needs and runs between 4 and 16 hours, either online or in person.A unique way of learning through play—with activities that spark reflection, build trust, and drive real change.
Our Team Building activities follow a carefully crafted methodology that blends fun with experiential learning.We create original themed experiences using theatre techniques to build exciting, participatory events where every team member becomes part of the story.All designed so your team has a great time, connects in a fun and meaningful way, and takes home a memorable shared experience.And, almost without noticing, they’ll also develop key skills like empathy, trust, active listening, creativity, and collaboration.
At En Escena Coaching, we also support entrepreneurs and leaders in reconnecting their projects with their deeper purpose—the same spark that started it all.That’s why we offer individual coaching sessions (online or in person) based on ontological coaching and Gestalt therapy.
