At En Escena Coaching, we design innovative workshops to strengthen key skills in teams and leaders through a practical and experiential approach. They can be delivered either In-person or Online and may last anywhere from 4 to 16 hours, depending on the agreement.Our programs combine tools from ontological coaching, Gestalt, performing arts, and the latest in neuroscience and emotional intelligence to generate deep, meaningful, and applicable learning for the workplace. They are also aligned with the IDG Framework, a working model for global transformation.We believe in the value of practice, reflection, and working with the body, voice, and group interaction as essential elements for personal and professional growth.

Each of our workshops is designed following a common structure that ensures consistency, depth, and practical applicability—regardless of the topic.
Experiential LearningWe use practical dynamics, games, exercises, and Gestalt techniques to ensure knowledge is integrated in a holistic way. Experimentation and improvisation serve as pathways to observe ourselves, express ourselves, and explore new ways of being and relating. That’s why we include techniques from various art forms such as theater, music, writing, drawing, and body expression—engaging the self in its three dimensions: physical, mental, and spiritual.
Humor as an AnchorLaughter connects, relaxes, and strengthens learning. It also creates a safe and enjoyable environment where making mistakes becomes part of the process. Humor is a key tool for embedding knowledge in memory and integrating it without rigidity. We laugh to learn better.
