This workshop strengthens key skills from the Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework, contributing to the personal and relational growth needed to lead in complex and changing environments. Throughout the experience, the following competencies are especially developed:
Self-awareness: Through emotional exploration exercises and “noticing” practices, participants expand their ability to observe and understand themselves in action.
Emotional management: Tools are practiced to recognize, regulate, and transform one’s emotions, even in high-pressure contexts.
Empathic and authentic communication: Skills are developed to listen deeply, express needs without aggression, and create impactful conversations.
Relationship with others: Trust and collaboration within the team are strengthened, fostering a healthier and more human organizational culture.
Presence and mindfulness: Awareness and body-centered practices help cultivate attention to the present moment and reduce reactivity.
These competencies not only enhance individual well-being but also translate into more effective ways of leading, working in teams, and building more conscious and sustainable work environments.
