En Escena Coaching offers various services, the terms and conditions of which vary depending on the type of activity. By contracting any service offered by En Escena Coaching, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions.
These activities are booked directly via email or WhatsApp. Booking and pricing are agreed upon individually, depending on factors such as the type of activity, number of participants, duration, and the need for additional services (such as room rental, sound, costumes, or other materials), among others.
Each activity has a minimum price required for its viability, which remains the same even if the final number of participants falls below the recommended limit. Beyond a set minimum number of participants, a fixed price is applied for each additional person above that minimum.
Escena Coaching reserves the right to offer discounts or special prices based on the number of participants or the agreement reached with the client.
Likewise, activities have a maximum number of people, which varies depending on the type of activity, available space, and required materials. If the client wishes to participate in the activity with a group larger than this limit, En Escena Coaching may offer an alternative activity tailored to the group size, which may entail price adjustments.
The invoice is typically issued 5 to 2 days before the activity, with some exceptions. Payment can be made up to 30 days after the invoice is issued, either before or after the activity.
Individual coaching sessions are booked through the Tidycal platform and can be paid for by bank transfer, PayPal, or in cash if the session is in person. In some cases, a free initial session or trial session is offered, after which the cost of subsequent sessions or the purchase of a package of sessions is agreed upon, depending on the case.
All invoices issued by En Escena Coaching comply with current Spanish tax legislation, including the application of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. The client is responsible for complying with any tax obligations arising from the contracting of services. For international clients, billing will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations, and information will be provided promptly regarding the application or exemption of taxes.
En Escena Coaching guarantees the basic rights of consumers and users in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, on the protection of consumers and users. These rights include the protection of their economic and social interests, clear and accessible information about services, and access to complaint procedures.
In contracts concluded remotely, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the timeframes and conditions provided by law, except in cases where, due to the nature of the service, this right is not applicable under current regulations.
The cancellation and refund terms for services offered by En Escena Coaching, such as workshop cancellations (minimum 5 days' notice) and coaching sessions (minimum 24 hours' notice), are established in accordance with current legislation and seek to avoid unfair terms, ensuring fair treatment for both parties.
En Escena Coaching may offer access to courses, talks, workshops, events, or other paid services through external registration and payment management platforms, such as Eventbrite, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meetup, or similar platforms. Escena Coaching is not responsible for the services, operation, policies, or incidents arising directly from the use of these external platforms.
The client may cancel or reschedule the contracted activity by giving at least five days' notice prior to the event date. If the cancellation is made outside of this period, En Escena Coaching may retain or claim the amount corresponding to the expenses already incurred in the organization, with a minimum of 50% of the budgeted amount. This amount primarily covers non-recoverable costs such as room rental, sound equipment, costumes, customized materials, or any other resources specifically arranged for the activity. If these expenses exceed 50% of the budget, the client will be informed and a breakdown will be provided.
If the cancellation is made within the stated notice period, the amount paid will be refunded, minus any processing fees incurred by payment platforms or other means used.
If En Escena Coaching must cancel an activity for its own reasons, a full refund will be issued and the option of rescheduling a new date or issuing a voucher valid for one year for the same service contracted will be offered.
Individual coaching sessions can be rescheduled or canceled at no additional cost with at least 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, the session will be considered complete and the fee will still be charged.
Sessions paid for in advance or booked in packages can be rescheduled within a maximum of six months from the originally agreed date, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Refunds of the amounts paid for these sessions are not available, but they can be rescheduled within the indicated period.
No refunds will be issued for downloadable digital products once the content has been downloaded or accessed.
